1st Appointment: Scan and Submit
Intraoral scan of impression
Using an intraoral scanner, take a reline wash scan together with the opposing and bite records. Submit the scans along with your case specifications through your scanner’s order form to begin the process.
While the new dentures are being digitally manufactured, your patients can continue wearing their existing dentures for greater comfort and convenience.
Design & Manufacture: Precision Dental
At Precision Dental, we design and manufacture dentures after final approval of the digital design. Using advanced CAD/CAM workflows and precision milling technology, we produce full dentures to your exact specifications using high-quality materials for consistent, reliable results. Our skilled technicians then finish each case to ensure optimal aesthetics, blending digital innovation with expert craftsmanship.
Every case is carefully quality-checked before being packaged and shipped to ensure excellent fit and finish.
2nd Appointment: Denture Delivery
The new dentures are now ready for delivery. At this appointment, try in the prosthesis and assess fit, comfort, and function to ensure optimal results.

Sophisticated CAD/CAM workflow
Precision Dental’s digital denture range delivers a sophisticated, streamlined CAD/CAM workflow, using industry-certified materials to ensure a high-quality solution for you and your patients. Each denture is uniquely designed and milled from high-strength multilayer discs, while the custom-designed pink base is precisely crafted from breakage-resistant material. Our skilled dental technicians then expertly bond these components, resulting in a prosthesis that is predictable, accurate, consistent, and highly reproducible.
Digital Wash Impression Protocol for Replica Dentures
At Precision Dental, we support clinicians in adopting digital protocols with confidence. Our step-by-step protocol for capturing a wash impression for a digital replica denture includes:
1. Assess Retention
Evaluate the fit and retention of the existing denture to identify any areas requiring attention.
2. Apply Adhesive and Medium Body PVS
Apply adhesive to the denture's acrylic surface before adding medium body PVS material to ensure stability during border moulding.
3. Border Moulding
Seat the denture in the mouth and perform muscle trimming to capture functional anatomy and improve accuracy.
4. Refine the Impression
Trim excess material from the post-dam area while avoiding the fitting surface.
5. Apply Light Body PVS
Apply a thin layer of light body PVS, reseat the denture, and perform a second round of muscle trimming for enhanced detail.
6. Remove Excess Material
Clean excess material from the buccal and labial areas to improve retention and anatomical accuracy.
7. Scan for Digital Duplication
Perform an extra-oral 360-degree scan of both intaglio and cameo surfaces, capturing all relevant anatomical details for digital replication.
8. Record the Bite
Apply bite registration material and scan in centric relation according to your scanner protocol.
