Adopting a digital workflow has never been easier

Sending your scans to Precision Lab is easy.

To forward impressions from your 3Shape TRIOS® digital scanner to us, you’ll need to establish a connection via 3Shape Communicate.

Simplifying your digital workflow

  1. Register for a 3Shape® Communicate account at portal.3shapecommunicate.com
  2. Log in to your 3Shape® Communicate account
  3. Click Connections and Add Connections
  4. Enter the following email addresses and click Find:
    Auckland: akinfo@precisiondental.co.nz
    Wellington: info@precisiondental.co.nz
  5. Choose Precision from the search results
  6. Accept the Data Confidentiality Agreement and click Connect
  7. Once we approve your request, it will appear as Active on the Connected Sites page
  8. Refresh your TRIOS® scanner's Lab connections to include Precision Dental Laboratory
  9. Send your scans to us
