Ordering with Precision
Sending laboratory work to Precision is an easy process, whether it's a digital scan or a physical impression.
It is essential to note that an active Precision account is required for case submission. If you don't have an account, please proceed to sign up.

Choose the method that suits the needs of your practice.
To begin ordering, download the lab sheet here. Make sure your account number is clearly listed, along with your contact details. If we need to clarify anything about your case, we will be in touch.
Digital Cases
We accept all scans from all major intraoral scanners
Once you've taken and reviewed the intraoral scan, complete a digital lab order form and send it to Precision. For more information on our digital workflow, click here.
Precision Dental Lab offers digital rebates for dentists who send five or more cases every month.
Organise a Pick-up
Booking a pickup with NZ Couriers is quick and easy, helping your cases reach Precision Dental without delay.
Please ensure each case is securely packed, with the printed consignment label attached and ready at the scheduled pick-up time.
A fee of $17.50 + GST will apply if the case is not ready upon collection or if the printed consignment note is not attached.

Turnaround Times
We understand the importance of swiftly handling your patients' cases.
That's why we are dedicated to efficient turnaround times, all while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and quality assurance.
Upon receipt of your case at our laboratory, you can expect to receive a confirmation email. Furthermore, when your case is prepared for dispatch, a second email will be sent to notify you of its shipment, complete with tracking details for your convenience.
