Dr Marcio Maia

Dr Marcio Maia, originally from Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), has over 18 years of experience as a dentist. He enjoys teaching, immersing himself in an academic environment, and learning about the latest technologies.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Dentistry in 2006, Marcio did two other extensive post-graduate courses in Endodontics and Implant Dentistry. He also did a Masters degree in Dentistry, which lead him to start lecturing on Implant Dentistry. Dr Maia served as an Associate Professor in the Implant Dentistry specialisation in the University of Redentor’s post-graduation program for over 4 years (Juiz de For a- Brazil).
He has had the honour of lecturing at many dental conferences in Latin America, New Zealand, Singapore and Australia. Since 2021 he works as an associated dentist at National Dental Care South Terrace – Adelaide (Australia)
