Full timeLooking for an experienced, all-rounder Ceramic Finisher to join our close-knit Wellington dental laboratory team.
Precision Dental (part of Modern Dental Pacific) has been providing the New Zealand dental industry with 100% NZ made dental restorations as we believe that real quality comes from real people. Our products and services range from traditional crown and bridge methods to the latest CAD/CAM technologies and implants. Our focus is working with our customers closely to provide them with the best product and outcome for their patients. Get in touch if this sounds like you! 3 to 4 years working experience as a Dental Technician in a crown and bridge laboratory. Comfortable working both independently and with others to ensure work is delivered on time and to the best standard of quality. Reliable, proactive with great time management skills to respond to changing needs. Enjoys working in a team environment, supporting others and our customers.
About this role
- Working in our ceramic and metal department working on all dental restorations from fit, stain and glaze, layer to full metal crowns/frameworks.
- Being a team player in working in other areas of the laboratory to ensure best workflow and production outcomes for our customers. CAD scan/design, acrylic, model work, CAM and metal/glass work.
- Assisting our customer and team mates on technical customer service to ensure we are giving our customers the best possible outcomes for their patients.
- Ensuring our laboratory is running smoothly with stock management, quality control and machine/equipment maintenance.
